Tai Chi is an internal martial art of traditional Chinese culture that is valuable in promoting health, developing combat and self-defense skills, improving concentration and longevity. This ancient art uses a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing to reduce the stress of today’s busy lifestyles.

Tai Chi emphasizes complete relaxation, and is essentially a form of meditation, or what has been called “meditation in motion”, but it might well be called “medication in motion.” This gentle form of exercise can prevent or ease many ills of aging and promote the health of the mind, body, and soul through its soft, controlled movements.

This is a daily activity in the program but is only suitable for customers who can get up early in the morning. Therefore, customers can freely participate or skip it.

This activity may also not take place on rainy days or bad weather.
