Please kindly read all information below carefully before booking the transfer service with us to avoid the misunderstanding.

1. Please be informed that all online reservations via BOOKING.COM/ AGODA/ EXPEDIA, ETC… are not including transfer service pick-up & drop-off.

2. How far is this from Hanoi to Halong Bay and how long does it take from Hanoi to Halong bay? It is around 170 kms from Hanoi to Halong Bay and round trip is 340 KMs. It takes approximately 2.5 hours from Hanoi to Halong  with one stopover for soft break time around 15-20 minutes each time/ way.

 

 

1. What time does Shared Limousine Shuttle pick up/drop off guests in Hanoi? Subject to your hotel in Hanoi, the time may be different. But normally, the Limousine Shuttle Bus will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter/Hoan Kiem District area from 07:50 to 8:40 AM in this area and drop-off time to be back in Hanoi from 03:00 to 03:40 PM on returning day.

If you stay outside of Hanoi Old Quarter/Hoan Kiem District and wish to use Shared limousine shuttle bus, please be ready at No 1 Trang Tien Street (Hanoi Opera House- Nhà Hát Lớn) at 08:20 AM or you can reserve Private Transport with us.

2.  Why must have break times at middle of the way? Vietnamese road rules stipulate that all drivers on journeys exceeding 100 km must have at least one break to ensure motor vehicle safety and the health of the driver. Our driver starts working from 6 Am and should give him a short time for breakfast and refresh his health.  Time for personal needs such as toilets, breakfast, coffee or tea.

3. Why do i have to wait for the Shared Limousine Shuttle after disembarking? You will be advised to wait at least 15 min or up to 1.5 hours after the trip to join the drop off service back to Hanoi based on the traffic conditions. To save up and reduce the total cost for the trip our company and all other travel company must use 1 bus for a round trip. Please be aware of this and should not claim us if you have to wait longer than usual for the transfer back Hanoi. To avoid of that you should consider taking a private car.

4. Why the pick-up vehicle different from the Drop-off vehicle (Changing the bus/ car)? We offer a range of vehicles of comparable quality, differing in size and seating capacity. To optimize cost efficiency, we utilize cars for transporting guests from Hanoi to Halong Bay and back the day after. Please note that depending on the number of guests on specific dates, we may need to adjust the vehicle accordingly. We kindly request your understanding and refrain from seeking refunds for this unavoidable variation, as it is neither fair nor acceptable

If you don’t have a specific address in this area, please kindly be ready at Hanoi Opera House – at No 1 Trang Tien Street at 08:20 AM)

  • One-way from Hanoi – Halong Bay or from Halong Bay – Hanoi: US$ 18/Seat.  Children will be free of charge if sharing seat with parents.
  • Two-way from Hanoi – Halong Bay – Hanoi: US$ 35/Seat

SHARED LIMOUSINE VAN: NINH BINH (HOA LU, TAM COC) – HALONG BAY

  • One-way from Ninh Binh – Halong Bay or from Halong Bay – Ninh Binh: US$ 19/Seat.  Children will be free of charge if sharing seat with parents.
  • Two-way from Ninh Binh – Halong Bay – Ninh Binh: US$ 38/Seat

5.2. Private Transportations

Between: Hanoi City/Hanoi Airport – Halong Bay (PRICE FOR A SINGLE WAY/ROUTE)

  • Private Sedan Car: US$ 110 per car
  • Private SUV Car: US$ 115 per car
  • Private Mini Van 16-seater: US$ 150 per van
  • Private Regular Bus 29-seater: US$ 220 per bus
  • Private Regular Bus 35-seater: US$ 240 per bus
  • Private Limousine Van 8-seater (7 VIP seats & 1 Regular seat): US$ 180 per van
  • Private Limousine Van 10-seater (9 VIP seats & 1 Regular seat): US$ 200 per van
  • Private Limousine Bus 15 or 16-VIP seater: US$ 230 per bus

Between: Ninh Binh – Halong Bay (PRICE FOR A SINGLE WAY/ROUTE)

  • Private Limousine Van 10-seater (9 VIP seats & 1 Regular seat): US$ 240 per van
